Now that I have already spoken about Maui and why it is my happy place. I want to share some of my favorite things to do there, favorite places to dine at, and some local tips to enjoy your next visit to the island.
Head to Merriman’s for the sunset, if dinner seems too pricey, visit for cocktails and appetizers on the patio.
Sunrise on Haleakala followed by the best macadamia nut pancakes at Kula Lodge Restaurant. While you are here, be sure to check out the gift shop next store.
Snorkel in Honolua Bay followed by tacos at Honolua Farms Kitchen taco truck.
Morning hike up Waihee Ridge Trail. Earn your views here.
Brunch at The Mill House followed by exploring the plantation grounds via farm tour.
Exploring the tiny town of Makawao followed by dinner at Nuka.
Morning stand up paddleboard in Kaanapali beach towards Black Rock followed by lunch at Aloha Mixed Plate.
Do the full Road to Hana with a night in Hana. Click here for things to do and see along the road.
