Hello, I'm Tessa Marie and I am a Trauma Recovery Coach who is preparing offerings for clients who are ready to explore and discover their own wisdom. I provide a safe container and open space for truth to land which allows you to recognize your own innate sovereignty. My approach is multi faceted and includes elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuroscience, Somatic and Polyvagal Theory.
